Jim's Citrus Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

1 pound salmon filet

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons Stella's Table Citrus Sea Salt

Pinch of Stella's Table Sea Salt Essential Blend 

Pinch of Stella's Table Pepper Essential Blend

Pinch of Stella's Table Herb Essential Blend

1 lemon

Instructions:

Melt the butter and brush it over the salmon.  Then, generously season with the Stella's Table Citrus Sea Salt, Essential Sea Salt, and Essential Pepper. 

To a hot skillet, add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When it is hot, add the salmon, skin side up and cook until the salmon is cooked about 1/3 of the way up the side of the filet. 

Flip the filet and cook to desired doneness. 

Voila! C'est complete! 

Bon Apetit! 

Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon on the side of the filet and finish with a sprinkle of Stella's Table Herb Blend.
