Roots & Roost Redemption Martini

Ingredients:

2 ounces of vodka

1 ounce of Stella's Table Lemon Honey Jelly

1 spoonful cherry juice from Maraschino cherries

Juice from half of a small lemon

Maraschino Cherry

Instructions:

Place the Lemon Honey Jelly into a bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds or until liquified. 

Then, place all ingredients in a shaker (except for the cherry) with ice. Shake and then pour into a martini glass. Add the maraschino cherry.
